A golden dove, symbol of peace, hovers above the protective hand. (Hamsa) All is surrounded by the antique embossed brass frame from the 1850's that was originally part of a daguerreotype. The original tintype photo has been removed and replaced by stained glass, the color of the sky above. An embossed crown of pewter flowers at the top, and an iridescent oval of abalone below, completes the piece. A one-of-a-kind amulet for the home or office.
