The swirls of rich cobalt blue remind us of the parting sea which allowed the Israelites to safely cross to freedom. The names of the symbolic foods are hand pierced in Hebrew from the high polished pewter, which sit next to the clear glass dishes. All are elevated by a cobalt blue pedestal.
